- OAOrlando Acevedo6 days ago1.0If I could leave zero stars, I would. If you’re ordering anything new online, do yourself a favor and find it elsewhere. You’ll have a far better experience in regards to expectations, communication, TIME WAITING, and clear delivery options. They lacked any kind of empathy or care, gave attitude to a customer that was in a frustrating situation due to their own company. The sales “manager” was worse. The staff is horrid and try to scam you into buying something else that is in the warehouse as opposed to waiting for whatever I order. One person tried to sell me a cheap washer telling me it was smart when it clearly was not. This is my second time ordering here and this time I had to ask for a refund. Still waiting on any receipt of said refund but that does not surprise me. They offered zero help, only what they can try and scam you into instead of what you ordered. AGAIN, Do yourself a favor and save the time wasted and frustration and order somewhere else!

- NGNoreen GradyJul 30, 20265.0I had new appliances installed on July 27th and I must say Mike and the 2 young men (sorry I didn’t get their names) were excellent. I am looking to replace my washer and dryer and will definitely check out Marc’s. I am not looking for a set without all the bells a whistles. Just a simple set that will clean my clothes and not have me calling for repairs often. Any suggestions?🤣🤣🤣🤣

- JOjennifer o.Jun 17, 20265.0Have bought a washer and a dryer from them. Installation and service is prompt and friendly. Recently had a dryer diagnostic service with technician Zach, who did a great job. On time, efficient, in and out in less than an hour with the problem solved. Really love the new (or at least new since I last needed it) online scheduling option.
