  We visited the store 3 times before we decided to buy. Our sale person Robin was most helpful. There was no pressure to buy. She was very knowledgeable and helped us obtain the best deal.

  Because we were lucky enough to be greeted by Jackie when we entered the store, we walked out of the store with two Tempur-pedic adjustable beds and a couch. The explanation of her personal experience with the Tempur-pedic adjustable bed, answered all concerns. Jackie steered us to exactly what we needed. She knew every little specification for everything. She did all this while being very pregnant, yet very energetic. The store is very nicely laid out, but in full disclosure, it was me that unplugged the stereo couch that was blasting Top Gun - at top volume and vibration- throughout the section of store where we were doing the purchase. To the other customers, you are welcome!

  My wife and I had a very relaxing time trying to find a new couch our salesman was not pushy at all he was amazing and helpful he really made us feel the effort despite being so busy himself. Derek Grise is his name and recommended anyone looking for great furniture and even better help to go see him.

  Azza greeted us as we entered the store with her bright smile and welcoming voice. We had a few different ideas about what we were looking for, and Azza helped us clarify our needs. She was helpful and encouraged us to imagine different scenarios and how furniture options could enhance our home. We purchased a living room grouping that was perfect for our needs. And will DEFINITELY return to Raymour & Flanagan and work with Azza again!! Thank you 🙏

  Max, our salesman, made sofa shopping a very pleasant experience. He was patient, knowledgeable, remembered what we liked and did his best to help us narrow down our choices. The show room is filled with beautiful furniture, saw so many lovely items throughout. Thank you, Max!
