Tried ordering a all-in-one washer dryer from Home Depot because they had a deal and I use them professionally so figured it would be reasonable.
Was scheduled for the 9th originally but after mutiple rescheduled deliveries because a wrong address and they kept "forgetting it at the warehouse" I canceled the order and called Lowes yesterday 6/12.
The lady I spoke with was awesome, friendly and ready to help. I unfortunately didn't catch her name but she sounded young if that helps.
She got our order squared away quickly and set us up for next day delivery.
Today we recived our washer/dryer and everything is working perfectly.
Lowes came through and knocked it out of the park. from the customer service, the website tracking, price, installation and most of all keeping true to their word.

Went in to pick up a fire pit kit. The staff was very dismissive and seemed aggravated by the request. Employees are not well versed in working with the product location/pricing unless you are on the app.

Alittle perturbed, fan hanging from the ceiling marked $139, go to check out rings up $149! Clerk went and took pictures, manager comes back after 5” types code and walked away, no sorry or anything. I get mistakes get made but not saying sorry about charging me $10 more than advertised price?
