  Im not happy. I made a purchase. Was told it can be delivered " tomorrow!: ok next day I call, to learn, " oh delivery has been canceled by customer!" I never canceled ! I made arrangements for someone to be home, moved old furniture etc. It seems to me their delivery company didn't feel like doing it and checked off " customer canceled!"Im tired of the im sorry when people don't do what they say they will do. Next time ill shop at Bobs!

  Will R. was a true gentleman and a great salesman. He gave my wife and me the opportunity to look at and try several different sofa sets without hovering over us or making us feel pressured. He was always available when we had questions and never pressured us to make a purchase during our first visit. After we decided on the set we wanted, I scheduled an appointment to return and complete the purchase. Before I came back, Will sent me a detailed, itemized purchase order outlining all of the costs. I really appreciated the transparency and felt comfortable knowing there were no hidden fees or unexpected upcharges. When I returned, the purchase process was quick and efficient, and Will was very accommodating when it came to scheduling delivery. Throughout the entire experience, he was honest, personable, and professional. I highly recommend Will R. to anyone shopping at Raymour & Flanigan. He made what can sometimes be a stressful purchasing.  experience easy and enjoyable.

  Francisco Batista is always a pleasure to work with. He's the best consultant I've ever encountered at R&F. Please tell him not to retire anytime soon because I still have two rooms to furnish and I'll need his expertise!! 😄

  Worked with Eric Gokey from Waterbury showroom C6. He was extremely helpful in helping me place my order. He not only helped through the chat, but also called and texted to continue making sure that the order went through.

  Asia was great to work with! Nooooo pressure which helped a lot. Her knowledge of using AI and letting us see the picture of our room with the new furniture in, was the selling point!!! We last purchased furniture in 2009 from this exact store for another room. I will be sending her before and after photos. We would recommend Asia and your store again.....thanks!
