    Still no joy. Over 6 weeks past the dishwasher first leaking. Had to threaten litigation to even get a call back back. They are still stalling. Assurant, Inc. is the partner that handles protection plans, extended warranties and support services for Lowe's Companies, Inc. they are deep in the middle of this. Lowes Store #0397 Major Dishwasher Install Problem & Lack of Warranty Service Lowe's Companies, Inc. As of this date and time the problem has not been addressed,  To my or my wife's satisfaction. -An extended warranty on an appliance is insurance, if there is a problem it should be repaired or replaced within the warranty period. Timeline: -Bosch Dishwasher leaked after about 4 years, still fully under 5 year warranty. -Appliance Repair Person could not remove dishwasher said it was our problem to remove it. We had originally paid to have Lowe's own installers do the install. -An email back to us from Lowes said our dishwasher was "Improperly installed". -Attempt to return Dishwasher was declined even though improper installation from day one. -So far we had to order a new dishwasher with install cost and a new warranty. -$1200.00 Bill for dishwasher removal after floor demolition and floor repair on ceramic tile. -I will not go into other damage issues here. -Ted Aschenbrenner Manassas Virginia 20109 Keywords Below are appliances products names or contractor terms etc. that could be relevant in doing due diligence on purchasing.     Ordered decking for delivery, got confirmation the day before that the delivery was the next day 8am-8pm. I then got a email later that night saying it got moved to 2 1/2 weeks later. I already took the day off for the delivery, and the guy at Lowes could care less. So I cancelled the order, and had it all refunded. I will purchase everything somewhere else. Great job team!!

    A few weeks ago I ordered some materials to do a small project. It consists of two sections, pressure-treated stockade fence, four 4x4 posts, and four bags of quick-setting concrete. When it arrived on the flatbed truck, it was wrapped in plastic.The driver placed it inside my garage as far as it would go and when he left I cut open the bundle and when it was separated I noticed one section was badly damaged. There was also a torn bag of concrete. Obviously no one took it in consideration before they decide to send this to my home. I contacted the Lowe's in Cromwell Connecticut where it came from and of course while you here from the other person on the phone was we're sorry and unfortunately sorry doesn't cut it anymore. Everyone is sorry for something but no one's taking responsibility. I asked for them to come pick it up because I was unable to bring it back. It was told to me that the next day the section would be picked up but unfortunately they would not return the new section until the following week doing so. This was unacceptable because I needed to start my project immediately. I asked if they could make an adjustment because I would repair that section of fence because it needed to be installed that same day. They did make a slight adjustment but I still had to do the extra work to correct the damage that was already done. I will never order online again. I'm better off going to a lumber company and having them deliver it, even though I know I'd be paying more for the materials.
