I am disappointed with lowes i went to pick up my stove but instead i ended with with a dent bigger than a softball on my brand new tuck i bought no less than 18hrs the day prior. The manager at the Wallingford location was good put in the ticket and got me a claim for repairs. Where my issue is your insurance company who is covering these damages has 0 clue what they are doing i went to get a ESTIMATE (in caps because that means its a base price can go up) the insurance company decided to send a check for the estimated amount witch is 3k never called the collision center no one at the collision center has any clue about a 3k check being mailed on top of if there is any more cost in repairs they have no one to contact and if lowes is claiming 100% youd think they would provide information to the company you need you repairs done nope they just send out 3k checks with out notification to the place of repairs and if theres any more costs i now have to cover it? Make that make sense i dont know if i will ever shop at lowes again and ive bought my stove microwave dish washer 2 fridges a bathroom vanity and TONS MORE but now i may hit the road and take my services else where

Impossible to get a hold of a manager. Left numerous messages with employees. Purchased a fridge that was a lemon right off the bat. Also contacted corporate and the gentleman put me on hold, then transferred me to delivery . Delivery had no idea why I was transferred , or how to help me.

I purchased a Toro lawn mower 2 weeks ago, I used it two times and it stalls and stops. I explained to customer service that after research, the issue can be a faulty carburetor and I would simply like to exchange the lawn mover for a new one that works correctly. Both the store and Lowe’s customer service stated I would need to reach out to the manufacturer. I explained to them: I didn’t purchase the lawn mower at Toro, I purchased it at Lowe’s but they didn’t seem willing to help.
My wife and I recently purchased a home 5 minutes away from Lowe’s, which is across the street from Home Depot and until now we preferred Lowe’s because of customer service. Having just purchased a home, we have spent over 5k in supplies in the past two weeks, that money will no longer be spent at Lowe’s.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
