I can honestly say John made my entire experience at this storage location a great one! Anytime I called or needed assistance, he was always patient, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond to make things easier, especially during my move-out process while expecting which can already be stressful enough.
What really makes John stand out is how personable he is. He actually remembers who I am every time we speak, and that level of customer service is rare these days. It never feels like I’m just another customer or unit number. He makes every interaction feel genuine, comfortable, and welcoming. It truly feels like I’m talking to a friend every time. That personal touch makes both his time and mine feel valued and worthwhile. On top of that, the facility itself is always clean, easy to access, and well-maintained. I’ve never had any issues here, and that consistency says a lot about the management and care put into this location.
