  I needed to remove some items from a shared unit at the facility to a new, solely mine unit at the same location. My soon-to-be former roommate no longer had use for it and is letting it go. I went in Aug 4th with questions regarding: unit sizes, prices, renting/ transferring units, discounts, how often do I have access to a real person, and even if we could try to have the new unit in close proximity to make the shuffle easier on me. Michael was just returning from lunch and let me in. He patiently listened as I explained the situation, my needs and concerns, and checked every box. He made the unit suggestion based JUST off the items I described. He told me all the fees up front and recommended the insurance offered and explained the difference in using one's own insurance. Once given the go ahead, he assigned the new unit as close as possible (which turned out to be perfect size and even drew me a map to get between units).. He took all of my information while describing the benefits of the app and telling me what to expect next regarding communications, where to expect them, and what they'd include. Extra kudos to Michael for his consideration in getting the units nearby. It made my shuffle the next day a whopping 40-minutes move for the equivalent of a living room with 2 people. Also, and most importantly, when I had trouble getting the door/ lock combo to work and had to call him for assistance, he responded quickly and helped me out, TWICE, 2 days in a row, and ultimately taught me the trick with patience. While surely convinced I was an idiot, he just smiled assuring me I wasn't and it happens. I really chose to stay out of convenience and cost effiency (no moving truck, and the old "if ain't broke..."philosophy) but the experience has greatly impressed me and I can say I'm thrilled to be in such good hands. Now, the other relevant stuff for the less sentimental, "let's skip to the facts" people. The facility is clean, climate controlled, with appropriate security gates and password coded doors for entrance. There are free dollies located on site for your convenience. Hours are accommodating and the location is just a few minutes off the highway. Prices are competitive. Parking is ample and the property is well lit. As a woman you can feel comfortable regardless of time of day. They also have an app providing you easy access to all your information to manage your account. The real bonus is having a real person if that is what you want or having complete autonomy by self-serving online and never having to see a soul as you come and go. Your choice. If you're in the area and need storage, definitely put them on your quote list or just stop in and see/experience it for yourself. Good luck!

  Avoid this place at all costs. Our experience with this storage facility was incredibly frustrating and disappointing, all because of inaccurate information provided by their staff and an unwillingness to correct a simple mistake. Before renting a unit, we called with a very specific question about their two different 10x10 storage unit layouts. They offer one 10x10 unit with a large 9–10-foot garage-style roll-up door and another version with multiple doors. Since we had never seen the multi-door unit, we asked the employee to describe the layout in detail. Specifically, we asked whether it consisted of one large garage-style door with a standard-sized access door on the side or back, which would make it easier to reach our belongings without having to open the entire unit. We were explicitly told that this was the layout. Based on that information, we chose the multi-door unit because we believed it would provide the large opening needed to move oversized furniture while also offering convenient access through a standard door. When we arrived on move-in day, we discovered that wasn't the case at all. Instead of one 10x10 unit with multiple access points, what we were actually renting was essentially two separate 5x10 compartments, each with only a standard-sized door. There was no large garage-style opening whatsoever. We immediately explained the situation to the employee at the front desk. We told him the unit would not meet our needs because several of our larger furniture pieces could not be moved through the smaller doors. We also explained that we had rented this particular unit solely because of the incorrect information provided by their staff. At that point, we simply asked to be moved into one of the standard 10x10 units with the large garage-style door. The units were the same advertised price, and there were multiple ones available. This was a straightforward misunderstanding caused by misinformation from the company, and correcting it should have been quick and easy. Instead, we were told that we could not switch to the other unit unless we agreed to pay a higher rate than the price we had originally reserved. In other words, despite the mistake being entirely on their end, they expected us to absorb the additional cost. Good customer service means owning mistakes and making reasonable efforts to correct them. Rather than resolving a simple issue, this facility chose to prioritize charging more money over taking care of a customer who relied on the information they provided. If you choose to rent here, be extremely cautious. Verify everything in person before signing any agreement, because if you're given incorrect information, don't expect the management to make it right. Update: We received a call that they were willing to allow us to move to a different unit, however, we first needed to provide a $100 fee for switching. No thank you! We'll take our refund and find a different establishment to do business with.

  I went to the storage facility and was helped at the front desk by Mike. He was both professional and personable and was happy to show me the different size storage spaces. Prices and policies were fair and reasonable. The facility was clean and temperature controlled, and Mike’s customer service was excellent!
