So never buy power equipment from this company.I bought a blower gas powered.If I bought their fuel.It would extend the warranty by up 2 years didn't even make a year when I tried to return it? They told me you only have a 30 day warranty on outside power equipment. This is how educated their associates are on warranties, so me being the dummy was buying. This fuel cost me $39 for a gallon. Mixed fuel might be a gallon and a half

Still no joy. Over 6 weeks past the dishwasher first leaking. Had to threaten litigation to even get a call back back. They are still stalling.
Assurant, Inc. is the partner that handles protection plans, extended warranties and support services for Lowe's Companies, Inc. they
are deep in the middle of this.

As of this date and time the problem has not been addressed, To my or my wife's satisfaction.
-An extended warranty on an appliance is insurance, if there is a problem it should be repaired or replaced within the warranty period.
Timeline:
-Bosch Dishwasher leaked after about 4 years, still fully under 5 year warranty.
-Appliance Repair Person could not remove dishwasher said it was our problem to remove it. We had originally paid to have Lowe's own installers do the install.
-An email back to us from Lowes said our dishwasher was "Improperly installed".
-Attempt to return Dishwasher was declined even though improper installation from day one.
-So far we had to order a new dishwasher with install cost and a new warranty.
-$1200.00 Bill for dishwasher removal after floor demolition and floor repair on ceramic tile.
-I will not go into other damage issues here.

This is my second time ordering an appliance from Lowe’s. This is the second time that there is some sort of fine print that they no longer do/install. When you purchase the appliances there is no note about what things they can/can’t install. You purchase the items to have them install it, get everything set, only for them to get there and say no. It is very frustrating. The people in appliances should be able to let you know if there is anything specific they don’t do instead of selling it like a quick and easy set up. In the future if I buy an appliance I will not be getting them to install. I will do it myself or order from somewhere where there is more clarity.
