  I don't usually post reviews, however, sometimes a situation, company, or person demands to be highlighted for others to know about. Today i encountered such a person at Leslie Pools in Southington. I will start by saying, I previously had a poor experience at a competitive pool supply store in town. Not bad enough to post a negative review, but bad enough I did not want to conduct my business there. Today I walked my sample into Leslie's in Southington and I was floored by the person I met. The minute I opened the door Jeffery greeted my wife and I with a smile and welcome. Expected, but still appreciated. Then after listening to my situation, he immediately tested the water, took a short time to explain the process and what I needed. Never once trying to oversell me, or direct me to things I didnt need at all. In the middle of our conversation, he even stopped to greet a new customer without being the slightest bit rude to me at all. Within 7 minutes we had results, answers, guidance, and product. Impressive to say the least! Even though he welcomed the other customer, apparently she is someone SUPER important because she made a rude comment about them being understaffed because she had to wait a total of 4 minutes from when she walked in the door for Jeffrey to focus on her needs. He remained polite, calm, and attentive to her as well, despite her poor attitude. Leslie's - You have a fantastic person working for you! I am a manager myself, and I know the stresses of being alone with multiple people and he is amazing. Customer service, 6 stars!! You have gained a lifetime customer! I will be there from now on for ALL of my pool needs. Thank you!!

  Jeffery is so totally amazing. There were easily 11 people in the store with 11 water samples to be tested. How he managed to take care of everyone as an efficient and calm manager was incredible to observe. That is such a gift to be that competent and knowledgeable to manage that situation. I am so impressed!

  Jeffrey was amazing. He dealt with a challenging customer who was demanding a refund with grace and compassion. He should be celebrated for his composure and ability to remain calm and respectful. Great job!!!! We need more Leslie associates like Jeffrey!

  Today I witnessed the manager (Jeffrey) of this store show complete restraint and professionalism with a customer who was beyond ridiculous. Attempting to get a refund on a product that was still being utilized on their pool. This manager attempted to rectify the situation. The customer was a total KAREN, but he was calm as respectful. I go because these guys are always straight forward and respectful.
