I explained that I was opening my pool, and I'd be there in about an hour. That's when he told me it would be 2 days before he could get to it. He turned down over $700 in sales. I went to SPLASH POOLS in South Windsor, bought my filter and supplies ($800+) and now they will have all my pool business. Leslie's is too lazy to be customer oriented.
