  WARNING: If you value your business, think carefully before hiring this company. I hired this company to repair my commercial refrigeration system and was charged over $2,000. They came out twice for what ultimately appeared to be a simple issue, yet left significant problems unresolved. My goal was not just to get the unit running temporarily, but to have the problem fixed correctly. The technicians made minor adjustments to get the system operational, but left critical pipes exposed and uninsulated. Within a few weeks, the unit stopped working again. When I contacted the company, Teresa was extremely dismissive and repeatedly questioned my account of what had happened. I provided photos showing the exposed pipes and requested assistance, but never received a follow-up response. After several months without resolution, I reached out again. Teresa continued to deny responsibility, claiming they had not worked on the pipes. However, that is exactly the problem—the exposed pipes should have been identified and addressed before simply refilling the system with refrigerant. Instead, the unit was put back into service despite conditions that likely contributed to its failure. I was eventually transferred to the owner, who immediately stated that the company only offers a 30-day guarantee, refused to discuss the issue further, and ended the call. The refrigeration problems remain unresolved. My experience was marked by poor workmanship, lack of accountability, unprofessional customer service, and repeated hang-ups when attempting to discuss the matter. For a company that advertises commercial refrigeration expertise, I expected far better service and support. I am extremely disappointed with the outcome and cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

  Really great service and support from an extremely knowledgeable and experienced team. They were prompt and professional. They solved our commercial AC problems and we will definitely use them again without hesitation.

  Questioning their services??? Techs wander around trying to “figure things out” and hours equals money. That is a red flag. At the end of the day, you spend more money on fixing your system because they figured things totally wrong.
