  Jace was great! He left us alone enough that we had time to comfortable browse and make our selection. But when whenever we had a question or when we were ready to roll with customization he was at our side. Made sure we selected from products that would fit our household needs. After we made our selections, Jace also helped us navigate the warranty and after care and even offered to assist us with initiating a call for warranty should we ever need the help. The recliner selection was amazing…from style customization options to material and leather options. The selection of colors and prints for customization was HUGE. If I had one thing I could say I’d improve on would be that it seemed, while there were tons of materials to select from, very few of them were the “recommended” fabrics vs. the lower quality and did not have features to accommodate my household (i.e. pets). Overall a great experience and we look forward to using our recliners long into the future!
