    The staff was great in all my interactions. Self storage is easy, accessible 24/7. The problem I have with them is that I left my stuff in storage over the summer, and I came back to a lot of mold. The floor was wet. Not flooded, but wet. I had to throw away a lot of furniture. Individually each piece was salvageable, but I couldn’t safely place them in my new apt for cleaning. Had I just thrown them away before the move, I would not have needed a big storage unit or movers. A lot of money would have been saved. So I recommend that you plan for mold if you leave your stuff there. Maybe wooden pallets on the floor, maybe have someone air the unit every couple of weeks.
