I’ve been with extra space for over a year now and I can honestly say I’ve stayed because of the service. I want to give a special shout out to Terrell, whom I believe is the store manager. I’m an event planner and go to my storage almost everyday and I see Terrell every single time. He’s always smiling and professional and answers all of my million questions with patience and care. I often see him clean units out and he’ll stop by to check in and make sure the space is still good for me, I now have two units which he suggested and it has helped me out tremendously. Kindness really goes a long way! Thank you Extra Space!

Terrell Walden Assistant Store Manager, was extremely detailed and provided phenomenal customer service from start to finish. He took the time to understand exactly what I needed and even helped me identify things I hadn’t thought about. What stood out most was that he genuinely cared. He wasn’t trying to upsell me or push me into a bigger unit. Instead, he worked with me strategically to find the best solution.
His professionalism was top tier, but at the same time the experience felt very personal and customized. That balance is rare. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and really looks out for the customer.
Overall, just a great, humble guy and a true asset to this location. Highly recommend working with him if you need storage.
