Went to Lowe's on 6/18 to return 2 dead plants w/ orig receipt. I called cust serv explained situation. Told her I had 2 dead plants/receipt but no original container as I plant 480 plants & can't store them. I was told I would get my $ back no problem. I got in line standing behind an elderly lady in her late '80s. I noticed an extremely rude man named Larry C. w/a man off to the side with a box where an alarm kept going off, Larry C. You could tell was extremely frustrated he couldn't shut the alarm off the box, he cut the tag off like he wanted to kill someone. He went back to the elderly lady in front of me and screamed NEXT!! It startled the lady & she jumped! His voice was very loud & aggressive. I said to myself what the heck? The woman put 2 items on counter & he literally screamed at her " RECEIPT!"
HE WAS ORDERING HER, NOT ASKING HER. THE WOMAN LITERALLY STARTED TREMBLING AS SHE FUMBLED FOR HER RECEIPT. I FELT SO BAD FOR THIS WOMAN! 3-5 sec. Larry C. Screamed at her again RECEIPT! This poor lady finally gave the receipt. He did refund & slammed refund on the counter. She was trying to pick it up, he looked at me & screamed NEXT! The lady was still trying to put refund in her wallet when I nodded towards the woman, meaning I'm not going to trample her to get to the desk. He screamed NEXT! at me again! I said,I am waiting. The woman turned to me & said they herd you like elephants visibly upset! Larry c ordered me up to the counter, No smile,professionalism! He looked like he literally wanted to hurt someone. I hand him receipt/2 dead plants, he said it was not in its orig cont. I said I did my due diligence. I called store 20 mins prior explained that I plant 480 plants & can't keep the containers, I did have plants & receipt. Larry said he didn't care! In a hostile voice asked who'd you talk to? I didn't get her name. Larry cont in his bullying/ hostile tone of voice. He said I don't know what these plants are, if you bought them here, or if these plants are on the receipt! I said to him do you always make customers out to be liars? He said I'm not calling you a liar. I said you're implying. Then the female cashier said I'm the one who spoke to her on the phone. So he disrespects employee says in a nasty voice. Don't you know our return policy? She bowed her head in humiliation & said it's my fault. He turned to me & said she doesn't know our policy, I'll deal with her later! I felt bad for the employee being humiliated by Larry C. He then said I'm giving you 1 refund for 1 plant, I said there are 2 plants.? I lift the lavender to show the other and he screams at me twice for getting dirt on the counter! I had enough! I told him he was very rude &foul to people, & w/ a nasty attitude he denied it. I asked for the mod,He told me he was mgr. I said you're the mgr & that's how you treat people. I asked for store mgr He refused. I spoke w/ Theyan who was not apologetic. Called store 4x's, mgr be in on mon, then out sick then on vacation. Left my # heard nothing. Lowes treats their customers w/ rudeness bullying tactics. No please no how are you? No have a good day. No thank you. Be wary if you shop in this store and expect any kind of customer service! Larry C seems like the exact type of man that would go home and beat on his wife. Veins were popping out of his neck when he was addressing the 85-year-old woman and intimidating her. Shame on him. He is a disgrace and I can't believe that Lowe's would keep someone up such as Larry C on board as an employee! That says a lot about Lowe's. There's a lot more to the story but unfortunately Google will not give me the room which is why I'd like to speak with the manager so they have the full story of how bad Larry C. really is! If they care enough to reach out to me, I will certainly update this review and let you know!

The same day delivery option has cancelled on me 3 days after 3 orders in a row. Obviously I’m a glutton for punishment. Person from Plainville called me on the first order, saying part was sold out. I asked to cancel and he confirmed, but the $30 piece of the order was delivered for a $49 delivery fee. There has to be an easier way to get basic crappy customer service. Not from here though.
