this store has 3 flock cameras recording everything including your license plates and keeping tabs on what you buy. that with the fact that there are no staff to help you and you have to check out i'm all set with Lowes, lots of better businesses to give my $$ to.

This location was the worse curbside pickup I've ever encountered from Lowes. This location isn't close to me but this is where the items I wanted were in stock. Once I arrived and checked in, I waited over 15 mins and still no updates to my order and nobody ever came outside. I finally walked inside and spoke to a young lady at the pick up counter, although she was nice enough, whomever she called on the radio to help, was useless and blatantly refused to help with my curbside order because it was raining. I regret that I did not catch the name of the person she called. My husband notice our order sitting in a cart and the young lady verified it was our order and released it to us. There was no offer for assistance to my car, which I didn't expect considering how things where going. Once outside, I realized my items where damaged and that was even more frustrating. I wanted to go back inside and request a refund, but I didn't want to wait any longer or encounter any additional issues. Whomever the individual that refused to handle my curbside order, you have no purpose in a retail store that requires working outside. You give Lowes a bad reputation. I will not return to this location for any future purchases.

I went to this location here to go pick up an order I was sent to the back by the door and I waited 35 minutes for an employee to finish with another customer and they weren’t even talking about anything about Lowe’s. They were talking about where they used to work and how they knew each other didn’t even acknowledge me at all didn’t even care. I was there standing for help. I will not visit this location ever again very rude people.
