What is going on...in this Lowe's. It was so dirty! I was in the store for about 30 min before anyone even came in the garden area. I had to seek out an employee in appliances to help me find what l was looking for.

If you buy a fridge at Lowe’s, and it doesn’t work, and you order another to replace it, and it doesn’t work..they say they will refund you but instead send you a gift card via mail. For $1700. I still have no fridge. It’s been weeks. I lost 8 lbs. I don’t want a gift card..I want to buy my fridge elsewhere.
UPDATE: still no refund, still no fridge. I will update everyday

You would think a big company like Lowe’s would have no problem providing a warranty for their customers and actually following through with it. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience.
We first noticed an issue with the burners on our stove back in March. We contacted Lowe’s and scheduled a warranty repair. What followed was six months of appointments, missed visits, and unnecessary frustration.
Three appointments were scheduled, and the repair technician never showed up. The first time he actually came, he didn’t even have all the parts needed to complete the repair.
When he finally returned, I had to pick and choose which burners I wanted repaired because he still didn’t have everything necessary. Keep in mind, this appointment had been scheduled months earlier, when we first reported the issue.
It took another two months to get him to come back with the parts he had received. You would think that after all this time, the parts would have been checked before arriving. Nope. They were the wrong parts.
So here we are, six months later, still dealing with a stove that should have been repaired under warranty months ago.
This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. The amount of time and effort we have had to put into getting a simple warranty repair completed is ridiculous. A company the size of Lowe’s should have a better system in place to handle warranty claims, communicate with customers, and make sure technicians actually have the correct parts before showing up.
A warranty is only as good as the company’s ability to honor it.

I went in on Thursday,
Aug.13th,2026 looking for
a specific kind of smoke alarm.
She VERY KINDLY AND POLITELY looked up the
model number,
directed me to the exact location in the right aisle
where it was located..
She even described to me what the box would look like.
Making it very easy and quickly for me to find the specific alarm I was looking for.🙂
Then, when I went to check out,she was EXTREMELY KIND AND MILD, SINCERELY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.
Lily took the alarm I brought from home,and made sure
it matched up almost exactly
to every detail printed on the back of the new one I took
from the shelf.
Then,after I made
the purchase,
while I was still there at the customer service desk,-
...and I took the new one
out of the box,
Lily was VERY NICE AND PATIENT AND HELPFUL enough with me in that
she explained that the new smoke alarm,
though duplicate in design
to the uséd one I brought in,
the new one operated on a
10 year sealed battery,
so (obviously), it was not equipped with a pull out
battery drawer that the alarm that I had previously been using was designed with .
Lily also allowed me to test
the alarm at least twice,
which worked perfectly loud.
So I had A VERY PLEASANT POSTIVE GREAT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE BECAUSE
LILY HONESTLY DID HER BEST!🙂

BUT I FEEL LIKE SHES JUST THAT KIND OF GOOD PERSON ANYWAYS.🙂
