I went in on Thursday,
Aug.13th,2026 looking for
a specific kind of smoke alarm.
She VERY KINDLY AND POLITELY looked up the
model number,
directed me to the exact location in the right aisle
where it was located..
She even described to me what the box would look like.
Making it very easy and quickly for me to find the specific alarm I was looking for.🙂
Then, when I went to check out,she was EXTREMELY KIND AND MILD, SINCERELY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.
Lily took the alarm I brought from home,and made sure
it matched up almost exactly
to every detail printed on the back of the new one I took
from the shelf.
Then,after I made
the purchase,
while I was still there at the customer service desk,-
...and I took the new one
out of the box,
Lily was VERY NICE AND PATIENT AND HELPFUL enough with me in that
she explained that the new smoke alarm,
though duplicate in design
to the uséd one I brought in,
the new one operated on a
10 year sealed battery,
so (obviously), it was not equipped with a pull out
battery drawer that the alarm that I had previously been using was designed with .
Lily also allowed me to test
the alarm at least twice,
which worked perfectly loud.
So I had A VERY PLEASANT POSTIVE GREAT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE BECAUSE
LILY HONESTLY DID HER BEST!🙂
Not because she had to,
BUT I FEEL LIKE SHES JUST THAT KIND OF GOOD PERSON ANYWAYS.🙂
AND SHE IS MORE THAN
DESERVING OF A RAISE!
I hope she gets it.

Very disappointing experience at this Lowe’s. I had already shopped, paid for my items, and was at the register when the cashier kindly told me I could quickly clean and return the rental vacuum to receive my deposit back. However, an employee named Lily refused to let my team member come inside, even though it was only 9:58 PM and we were already being helped. After a very long day, a little understanding and customer service would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this experience makes me prefer shopping at Home Depot, where I’ve consistently been treated with more kindness and professionalism.

Be careful while having them deliver items. Ordered a brand new washing machine, what I got delivered was a used one. Called back and then wants to charge me a recycled appliance pick up fee ( which was on them for not giving me the correct one) and on top of that fee 2 deliver fees. My opinion be aware what you are getting and what you are paying for
