- LSLisa SMay 9, 20261.0This location was the worse curbside pickup I've ever encountered from Lowes. This location isn't close to me but this is where the items I wanted were in stock. Once I arrived and checked in, I waited over 15 mins and still no updates to my order and nobody ever came outside. I finally walked inside and spoke to a young lady at the pick up counter, although she was nice enough, whomever she called on the radio to help, was useless and blatantly refused to help with my curbside order because it was raining. I regret that I did not catch the name of the person she called. My husband notice our order sitting in a cart and the young lady verified it was our order and released it to us. There was no offer for assistance to my car, which I didn't expect considering how things where going. Once outside, I realized my items where damaged and that was even more frustrating. I wanted to go back inside and request a refund, but I didn't want to wait any longer or encounter any additional issues. Whomever the individual that refused to handle my curbside order, you have no purpose in a retail store that requires working outside. You give Lowes a bad reputation. I will not return to this location for any future purchases.

They were talking about where they used to work and how they knew each other didn’t even acknowledge me at all didn’t even care. I was there standing for help. I will not visit this location ever again very rude people.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
