  Wife and I went to buy a recliner for my birthday. We met Tanisha. She directed us where to goin the great looking store. Gave us time to look around then came to assist us. She was absolutely fantastic. Tanisha helped me narrow down and make my final choice. She is friendly personable and absolutely real!!! No games to get us to make a sale. I’ve dealt with a lot of sales people my life, She jumped to the top of the list of great people to deal with. I will definitely go back to see her soon!

  Piece delivered was having 1 section of notably different color, all 4 sections (2 sides, pullout pop up sleeper and central piece) are at 4 different levels, making it not comfortable as a sleeper. Also popup section forms substantially larger gap query left side piece than right. Have contacted customer service at least 3 times. All I have is a case #, promise to have it replaced, and weeks of radiosilence. My last attemt to contact was ignored. Deserves 1 star, really, giving 2 because had a good experience before. But then again, even sadder when loyal customers are treated like this.

  Our consultant, Sindy, was very friendly, helpful and patient and brought me through every bed set. She helped with measurements to make sure each one fit in the bedroom. I enjoyed the cleanliness and order, with pleasing arrangements in the store. It wasn’t a pile of overwhelming furniture. Now I will wait for the set to be delivered.

  Ordered 2 recliners in Feb. 2026, one leather, one cloth, both in the same color. May 7th chairs arrived both in leather, husband called salesman and the salesman could not remember what we had requested but the sales receipt had the same code number for the leather cover, salesman said he would call my husband back, he never did, didn’t even ask my husband’s name! Very disappointed, especially after waiting so long for delivery, originally told it would take 6 weeks

  Bought in Feb, on. Saturday, the 14th, it was my Birthday present, was told delivery for following Saturday, so we got rid of the old stuff, then was told it wasn’t in stock, delivery came over a month later while we sat on lawn chairs, and oh by the way a piece was missing. We were told that would come the following Saturday, it finally came yesterday May 2! Worst experience, I like the furniture, but went elsewhere for dining room as I don’t trust a word that they say, no communication unless we called to ask about it. Good luck to anyone wanting anything before any occasions, because they lie
