A++....My parents had a unit and we met Mikaela Gray which is one of your employees. She takes her job seriously and serves both with a smile and professionalism.She will go out of her way to make sure all is well and makes you feel comfortable in this environment which can sometimes be stressful when moving. Kudos to extra space storage for having such a pleasant employee.

Clean well-kept facility with a kind and responsive facility manager. There were always plenty of carts available for use. The keypad for the entrance gate is poorly designed and often hard to reach from a car window. The freight elevators are well sized, but do have a fairly short timer on the door closing so it can be a bit annoying when needing to load a lot of items, especially without a second person to hold the door. Would definitely use them again.
