  Thank you, Mrs. Sandra Holness. I received the best customer service I can imagine, from the moment I interacted with her. I have an idea of what I’m looking for, but I wasn’t sure, and she made it much easier for me to explain my living room’s layout. She provided me with a lot of ideas and made me feel like she was there for me. thank you Raymond Flanagan for having someone like Sandra

  David was extremely helpful, kind, and not pushy. I had no intention of buying a mattress but within 30 minutes I walked out with one and it will be delivered tomorrow.

  What a delightful experience from trying the mattresses to having my choice installed. Jean was an outstanding and knowledgable salesman and the delivery men were professional, informative and quick! Thank you for a wonderful experience, and am sleeping much better with me new bed!

  My experience with the manger I forgot his name sorry it started with a G Grandy I think his name was. I know he was wonderful and so helpful to me A for him. My salesman Kevin was not working last night who is wonderful also. A nice lady helped me her name was Sajida. They made it easy for me to get it all done I left happy. I love this store because they all work together as a team this is why I keep coming back. You are welcomed the minute you walk in the store. And they do everything so enjoyable for their customers. I have bought a lot of furniture here through the years because of the great customer at this store this is why I keep coming back and refer others to shop there. The people here work hard I see this with my own eyes they are pleasant and will do anything for their customers to be happy in what they have purchased from this store. Keep up the good work remember the people that sell make the store great customer service is the key always. Thank you, Carol Chiappetta

  I have been a customer of Raymour & Flanigan for years. I am a customer of the Norwalk, CT store. The last 2 years have been particularly enjoyable at Raymour because of Kevin Rotkewicz. He is a young man who is a perfect salesperson in my opinion. When dealing with Kevin, he will always greet you with a smile, listens to what you are looking for and walks you around the store making suggestions. There is absolutely no pressure from him. You can see that he simply wants to make his customers happy. He is extremely personable and knowledgeable about the stock that is in the showroom as well as what is offered online. His work ethic is noteworthy. It is refreshing to work with an individual who wishes to help his customers rather than simply make the sale. I was just there on Saturday purchasing a coffee table and 2 end tables and, as usual, a great experience. I have told all of my friends who are interested in purchasing new furniture that if they are thinking about Raymour & Flanigan in Norwalk, CT, Kevin is your guy!
