  Great selection of consoles which we were looking for.. Kevin was very helpful and showed us a variety of items which were “spot on” for what we wanted. He was helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Have never been to the store before but will return!!

  David was awesome to work with! We were able to communicate efficiently via text and calls. Even though it was 5pm on a Saturday, he was able to secure morning delivery the next day - Sunday! It was perfect. Very grateful!

  We worked with Kettly who could not have been more helpful, she paid attention to what we needed and made the whole thing painless and worth the visit to the store instead of doing it online which I usually do.

  David Hernandez was exceptional from start to finish. He took the time to truly understand what we needed, never rushing us or pushing options that didn’t fit. What stood out most was his patience and kindness while working with my elderly mother—he made sure she felt comfortable, heard, and confident in every decision. His knowledge of the products was impressive, and he clearly explained the different options so we could make the best choice for her home. Thanks to David, the entire experience was smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for thoughtful, professional service.

  I had a very frustrating experience with Raymour & Flanigan, at Norwalk, CT. I made a large purchase back in January, and from start to finish, everything felt like a struggle. One of the furniture pieces was delivered damaged, and it took until April to finally get it replaced. During that time, I had to call multiple times just to follow up and push things forward, there was no sense of urgency or accountability on their end. When the replacement was finally scheduled, I was given a delivery window from 12:45 PM to 3:45 PM. However, the delivery team didn’t show up until almost 8:00 PM, which was extremely inconvenient and unprofessional. I also purchased a mattress that was supposed to come with a one-year warranty. I reported that it was too firm and was causing me back pain, but they refused to help because they claimed the mattress was “in good condition.” That completely defeats the purpose of customer satisfaction, especially for something as important as a mattress. To make matters worse, I was pushed into buying a $250 “cooling pad,” which turned out to be very poor quality, basically made of plastic and not worth the price at all. Overall, this experience was disappointing and stressful. I would not recommend this store based on the lack of customer service, poor communication, and low-quality add-ons.
