Omar made the process so easy, The store manager was also very helpful. We would definitely return.

Communication is basically nonexistent — no one ever gets back to you. You can call, leave messages, follow up repeatedly, and still wait weeks, even months, without any response. The so-called “protection plan” is a complete waste of money. Don’t fall for it. When you actually need help, they are nowhere to be found. On top of that, the customer service is incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of helping, they make you feel like you’re the inconvenience. Save yourself the time, money, and stress — go with a company that actually values its customers and stands behind its service.
