Only upon arrival at the warehouse does it inform buyers to press 0 to reach a person. Not on the phone recording. It would have been helpful to put that info on your pamphlet for pick up customers. The gentleman at the warehouse was pleasant, but not very helpful. He brought my item to the edge of the bay-luckily my husband was with me to help carry it to the car. This is the second time R&F has made either delivery or pickup unnecessarily difficult for me.
