After a pretty disappointing experience with another storage company, walking into this Extra Space Storage facility was a seriously refreshing change. The property was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and exactly what I was looking for to store both my personal belongings and business materials in a climate-controlled environment.
What made the experience even better was that Matthew really took the time to understand my situation. Knowing I was preparing for a move on my own, he patiently answered my questions, showed me the facility, and never made me feel rushed. It was clear that he takes pride in maintaining high standards, and that gave me tremendous peace of mind that my belongings would be safe and well cared for.
Moving is stressful, but this experience made me feel confident that I had made the right choice. I am planning another move in the upcoming months and where ever I end up moving, I will definitely look for another Extra Space Storage facility!

Today I met with Matthew (Property Manager) at this facility. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional while assisting me with renting a storage unit. The facility is located in a great area and was clean and inviting. I don’t know what other Extra Storage facilities look like or how they operate, but if you are looking for a storage unit in a clean facility; Extra Storage in North Haven, CT is it. 😁
