Steven always does a great job. This was no exception. He stopped what he was doing To say hi and to let me know what he was doing.

The grass really grew and looked as good as it could w/o grabgrass treatment due to end of season. Otherwise happy with the service

I highly recommend American Landscape and Lawn Science. Before signing up, my yard was thin and full of weeds. After just one season of their treatments, my lawn has completely transformed—it is now thick, healthy, and a deep vibrant green. The technicians are always punctual, polite, and happy to answer questions. They provide clear communication and great customer service with every visit. If you want a beautiful lawn without the stress and hassle of doing it yourself, hire this company!

Brody does a thorough job plus he hasn't overlooked any areas like some lawn care companies we have had in the past. If any granular stuff gets on the sidewalks and driveway, Brody cleans it off with a leaf blower. I am very happy with his service and our lawn is looking so much better now. I highly recommend.

We have been a customer of Lawn Science for years, and up until this year they have been wonderful. We reached out early August to them because almost immediately after our last application, our yard started to burn and die. They said they would put us on the schedule but when we followed up several weeks later, we found out that had forgotten to schedule us. Knowing mistakes happen, we asked to get on the schedule ASAP as every day our yard looked worse and worse. We were told it would be several more weeks and no effort was made to get someone here sooner, despite the mistake being on their end. As of today, my entire back yard is basically dead. We called again to express our dismay and again were blown off. We have since had to contact a different company who can hopefully salvage what is left of our ruined lawn. When we called a final time to say we were considering dropping their services after several years, zero effort was made to make it right, and they basically told us "Ok, bye." I'm so disheartened by the customer service offered by this company, especially when the last few years had been wonderful!
