  Headline: Nick and Casey cost your company $1550 in annual services over a $45 mistake :) We cancelled our tick/mosquito service today after ~5 years of being loyal and good customers due to very unfortunate customer service from sales personnel; Nick and Casey. In summary, we were incorrectly over-charged on our first round of mosquito spray this week. The price was about double what the original mosquito salesperson, Nick, quoted during our initial conversation. I called to resolve the issue and expected a very mindful customer service solution but instead was talked down to, laughed at, and was told that I must have "misunderstood" in a stellar customer service performance from both Nick and Casey. Here's the wildest part - the original quoted price for adding the mosquito spray was $60 and the incorrect charge was $105. I even offered to continue service at the new price if they acknowledged the issue and resolved the first application cost. Because they weren't willing to do the right thing, I cancelled both my tick and mosquito services - costing them $1550 in annual services instead of refunding me $45!!! Well done, Nick and Casey!!!

  Because we have a well on the property, I've been told that this company uses natural based fertilizers. This is our 8th year using NLA and we are pleased with the results.

  Lawn looked much better. They did a soil analysis and always showed up as scheduled. Will be using them again for 2023
