    Way over expectations. Fantastic service. Claudiu came to install a front door video smart lock. Did excellent work with an old door and the lock but connection to WiFi and phone app didn’t take. Looked like I needed something extra. Without asking, Claudiu came back 2 hrs later after connecting with the manufacturer and completed the set up perfectly. Said he didn’t want to leave me disappointed. And he didn’t. Wish every company and technician I work with were as good as All American and Claudiu.

    I ended up paying over $200 for 2 minutes of service (worker showed me the time). Dispatch and other fees were not disclosed prior when appointment was made. My knob was fixed but again, insane to pay over $200 for 2 minutes of labor. You can find better pricing elsewhere.

    We had our house redone and have used these guys exclusively for our locks. They’re always on time always super helpful with explaining Schlage Wi-Fi locks. Gabriel is our favorite as he is so patient with us in explaining everything. Great guy working for a great company.

    My experience with Cosmin at AA All American was positive. He arrived promptly and was respectful of me and my home. My three point door lock was not working. Cosmin repaired the lock and took time to explain the problem and to show me how to use the door. Thank you.
