  Sandra worked with me was very nice and helpful. If in the Newington location please ask for her, she didnt try any high pressure tactics to get a sale. She stayed within my budget and im very happy with my purchse. Genuinely a very nice woman!

  I bought a mattress and an adjustable frame. Tony Waldron was my salesman in Newington, CT. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful without being pushy. There were many manufacturers and types of mattresses to choose from. I enjoyed the entire purchasing experience. Delivery was free. I highly recommend Raymour and Flanagan.

  We recently purchased furniture for two rooms from Raymour & Flanigan, and we had a wonderful experience. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. The staff member Mahadeo Jainarine was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to help us find the right furniture for our needs. He made the entire buying process smooth and enjoyable. We’re very happy with our purchase and truly appreciate the outstanding service. Highly recommend!

  Like most other people we avoid going into a retail furniture store because we get followed and the store in general feels unpeaceful, this makes us very uncomfortable. Recently we went into Raymour & Flanagan in Newington, we usually go closer to home, let me tell you what happened. When we walked in we had our walls up, we were greeted by Joe and we told him what we were looking for. He led us to the department, from there until we left, this welcoming gentleman, did not hover, he listened, he heard us, he made this experience the best we have ever had! The manager, Ramero, was so nice and helpful. We believe that employees can be a reflection of the management. We will choose this store for our furniture needs. Thank you Joe, never change.
