I would like to file a complaint regarding the poor customer service we received in the Appliances Department.
My husband purchased a washer and dryer set. At the time of purchase, we were told that the dryer installation would cost **$50**. However, we were later informed that the actual installation fee was **$323**, which was a huge difference and was never clearly explained to us.
When I asked why the price had changed, the sales associate responded in an unprofessional and dismissive manner, simply stating that "everyone gets paid for their work." I never questioned that the service should have a cost; my concern was that we were given incorrect information from the beginning.
As a result of this situation, our washer and dryer were delivered without the dryer being installed, causing us unnecessary inconvenience and delaying our ability to use an appliance we had just purchased.
To make matters worse, the earliest available appointment to have my dryer installed is almost a week away.
Buying from this store has definitely been a terrible experience.
I hope this situation is reviewed, that your staff receives better training, and that future customers are provided with accurate information and a better overall experience.

All I wanted to do was talk to a customer service representative to ask if there were patio furniture sets on display and could not get past the ai bot, even after repeatedly asking for a customer service representative. My original question to the bot was "are there patio furniture sets on display " and that was too hard. I got replies about my patio furniture delivery, or other irrelevant responses. I give my business to a store that cares about customer service.

I would give zero stars if I could. Customer service was completely disgraceful. I’ve never had worse communication or clarity on an order or delivery. My husband and I bought an almost $1,200 grill in store which came with free assembly and delivery. We were told in store that we would be contacted to schedule delivery. We were not contacted and then the delivery was automatically scheduled. At first this was fine with us but then the delivery was rescheduled without giving us any reason. After the second rescheduling without being given a reason I called customer service to ask what was going on and to reschedule our delivery because the latest date they assigned to us was while we were going to be out of town. I told the customer service agent that they could not deliver on that date while we were not home. The agent told me that they would contact our local store to get more information and then call us back. We never received a call and then they delivered our grill and left it in front of our house while we were out of town. I called customer service again and they offered me $50 to compensate for the trouble. The complete disrespect for their customers and customer service experience is unbelievable.

I can usually find what I need easily at this location. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with one of their sales people. I was totally misinformed about the size of kitchen sink I would need to replace the one I currently have. My husband brought in the exact dimensions (33x16), but were told we'd be fine getting a 33x22 sink. Additionally, the corners of our sink have a wide radius, but again, we were informed that the corners didn't matter. Not sure how you'd fit a 22 inch sink into a 16 inch slot, or how 90 degree corners would fit rounded corners. Just glad we got home and applied our own common sense to the situation before shelling out a bunch of money for a sink & installation that would never work.
