Although I had rented my unit online, I stopped by the office to drop something off without really thinking much of it. Bill took the time not only to welcome me, but also to ask if I was familiar with the type of locks they use. I told him I wasn’t, but that I could probably figure it out myself, instead, he took the time to walk me to my unit and show me exactly how it worked. A week later, he even followed up with a call to make sure everything was going well. His kindness, helpfulness, and eagerness to help really stood out to me. Thank you Bill, for going above and beyond! It’s that kind of customer service that really makes a difference.

Terrible place. Stay away from this storage facility. I was drawn in with a good and reasonable price and in the year I was a customer here it went up twice . Making it more than double what the original price was. They have a huge rodent problem . There is mouse droppings all over the unit and on my things. They have a 3 car garage for you to load and unload, but it has been broken /out of service for the last few months. The staff is friendly on day one and ask that you give them a review on day one before leaving the office. That’s why they have a high rating. Don’t be fooled and stay away.

Mr. Bill Deoss had assisted me with opening a storage. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. His instructions for entering through the side door was very precise and easy to follow. Definitely recommend getting assistance from him. Very sweet personality too. Great customer service attitude as well. 10 out of 10!
