Great store and wonderful staff! My wife and I wanted a smaller version of an item in their store and one of the very friendly ladies offered to make it for us while we waited. Chatted and checked out the store for a little while and absolutely love our little knot ghost.

Super friendly staff and a cool store! Bought some dog and cat toys which have been huge hits (especially for my Lab puppy - hasn’t been destroyed!)

I found Mystic Knotworks on Google Maps- that’s how I research places I want to visit. Having sailed, I knew I had to go there. Everything is made onsite in Mystic. I wanted an authentic sailing knot bracelet and ending getting a few more items including a gift for a friend. Great customer service. Went visited the location right past the bridge.
The lady onsite even made me a bracelet onsite so it would fit perfectly. Thank you “lady” and sorry I forgot my name.
