  Superior had a great selection of gas fireplaces and made it so easy to get a custom cut faceplate - something other places seemed to struggle with - since we had an existing brick/wood wall that needed to be worked around. The end result is beautiful! My only complaint is that they didn’t communicate enough about delays or scheduling. I also wish they had embedded electricians/plumbers to take care of electric and gas hookups but that seems to be the norm, I just wish it wasn’t because that added a lot of delays in the final project - which wasn’t their fault! but was annoying to coordinate.

  We had a great experience with Superior Hearth, Spa & Leisure in Southington. Kirsten was a pleasure to work with—extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and very patient in answering all of our questions. We absolutely love our new fireplace! The installation went smoothly, and Gene was also excellent. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we understood how to use it before leaving. Overall, the entire team was professional and great to work with. We were so pleased that we’ve already referred friends, who also had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!
