  Superior makes it super easy to set up service and they work with your schedule as well. Gene, the service tech, has serviced our pellet stove every year since we got it and he's wonderful. He explains what he's doing, answers any questions, shows you how to properly use it and just is wonderful to chat with. Thank you

  Sam was our service tech today, he was absolutely five stars, professional organized cleaned knowledgeable explain everything to us was very neat put a cloth down to protect the floors put stuff on his shoes to protect from outside Excellent personality I'm so pleased with the company and with Sam service today thank you so much the fireplace looks fantastic Works phenomenal and actually works better than it ever has

  Bought a house with a quadrafire pellet stove when I found that superior hearth ND spa was a dealer for quadrafire pellet stove called them to have service done to my ten year old pellet stove and was told if I didn't have a service contract or paperwork to prove it was bought better from them I can't get service. I even want to buy a service contract but was told I can't buy a service contract. This is poor business practice as far as im concerned
