  I had an amazing experience thanks to André! He was professional, friendly, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about customer satisfaction the way he does. His positive attitude really stood out. Excellent customer service. highly recommended!

  Amazing experience!! I found exactly what I needed and ask for Fred Sullivan. He was very helpful was able to help us through the entire process from measurements to how the furniture would look in our living room. Would definitely shop there again!

  I had a great experience at Raymond Flanigan Center thanks to Andre. He provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. Andre was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to help find exactly what I needed. He made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. It’s hard to find service like that these days. I truly appreciate the help and would definitely recommend asking for Andre if you visit!

  Came in looking for furniture and ended up having one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a while. Jay was super helpful, patient, and genuinely made the experience feel easy instead of overwhelming. He was knowledgeable, personable, and made sure I left happy with my purchase. Great service like that definitely makes you want to come back! Definitely recommend asking for him if you stop by!

  Andre took great care of us! We placed an order for a sectional with him over the phone and he carefully went through the order to be sure that we got the pieces that we wanted, was able to answer all of our questions about dimensions & options and helped us through the payment portal. When our bank rejected payment for being over the daily allowable on our debit card, he advised us to put a deposit on it & then try the rest online the next day before going back to the store with a check & it worked! He texted with us over the course of 2 days to be sure that everything went through, including scheduling delivery. I didn’t love the payment portal but Andre made me feel like he “had my back” with it & it did work! Thank you, Andre!
