Awful experience. Employees standing around chatting and nobody available to unlock a few big ticket items interested in buying. Horrible customer service and extremely disappointing. There are plenty other options in the area and I suggest you explore them first. Sad story!

Please stop mutilating and killing all of the house plants in your possession. The amount of plants that are drowning in 5lbs of water literally every single time I come in is astounding. Hoyas don’t need to be watered every 3 minutes. Scindapsus don’t need to be in a puddle of water. Straight up killing hundreds of plants every time I go in. And then selling some root rot to customers who don’t know better. DO BETTER

I fear every time I have to return something at this place and this last time reality happened. I patiently waited for near 15-20 minutes behind a complex return and purchase process. I even helped the staff locate the barcodes on the items being returned by the customer ahead of me. When they finally finished they staff ignored me at the counter essentially brushing be away and insisted on calling up someone from the opposite line. I explained to him I had been waiting this entire time and that I helped him with finding the barcode. He wouldn’t acknowledge me at all while waiting over the other woman to be helped as if I was invisible. If this is how you treat customers then you just lost one. I will now gladly take the longer ride to the local hardware and appliance store where they are respectful and knowledgeable to assist their customers. I hope nobody has to experience situations like this while being a paying customer.
