- JCJackie CarterSep 8, 20255.0I have ALWAYS wanted a Lovesac. When they opened the store in Milford, I knew it was time for me to finally make the purchase. From the moment I walked into the store, Amy was amazing. We got a quote and she made a point to follow up with us (not annoyingly) to let us know when promotions were happening, including when I could use the best promo they offer in conjunction with the heroes discount, which we were eligible for. Once we knew we were going to purchase, I had a million questions and was extremely indecisive and through it all, Amy was knowledgeable, kind, patient, and helpful. We received our couch earlier than expected (we ordered a custom fabric), so that was a nice surprise. It took time to put together, but was worth it. We did have a slight quality issue which Amy was extremely prompt to provide help and get a solution ASAP! She was, again, very impressive! We love our Lovesac and wanted to leave a review to let everyone know to ask for Amy if you visit the Milford store!
