A blonde lady with glasses was reorganizing and I politely said excuse me to reach an item near her and she just looked at me and did not move. And then at check out Miranda was rude with a very flat affect. Hire friendlier staff or train these people on proper customer service.

I asked the cashier if she could please hold my items until I came back with another form of payment. Instead, she put everything back and simply said, "That's just what we do." When I returned the next day, my experience only got worse. The woman working in the fabric section was rude and immediately told me she was busy before asking, "What did you want?" It made me feel like helping customers was an inconvenience. At checkout, I had more than 10 items, and instead of offering me a bag, the employees just stared at me. The overall customer service was disappointing from start to finish. Based on my experience, I would recommend going to the Norwalk location instead. The customer service there is much better.
