I recently rented a storage unit at Extra Space Storage in Milford Connecticut, and I had an excellent experience from start to finish. I was in the middle of planning a move and needed a storage solution quickly, but what stood out most was the exceptional customer service I received from the manager. She was patient, kind, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed or pressured.
What made the experience even more remarkable was that I had just come from another storage facility where the customer service was disappointing. The representative there seemed unwilling to show me available units, and the pricing was much higher than expected. After that experience, walking into Extra Space Storage was a breath of fresh air.
The manager took the time to show me several different units so I could compare my options and choose the one that best fit my needs and budget. She was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right solution rather than simply making a sale. Her positive attitude and willingness to help made what could have been a stressful process much easier.
Moving is never easy, but having such outstanding customer service made a big difference. I left feeling confident in my decision and grateful for the care and attention I received.
