    Came as a contracted installer to takeover my existing wired security system; pushed hard to upsell me telling me my system was "locked" but was unable to say why and how one might "unlock" it. Smelling funk, I declined and he apologized for the Salesman "setting us up." Knowing full well the master unlock code is on the unit, when I went down to get it after he left - I found it to be key-scratched out!!!!! Horrific behavior.
