  Although I was able to get cabinets that I needed for a renovation project at $25 each. I was very disappointed that one individual was able to purchase every single cabinet on the floor and every one that was in the back. The same thing happened with sectional patio sets ($99 each). A friend went there one day and there were lots on the floor (in boxes). I went the next day and every single one was gone. Only the display one was left. I asked to purchase that one, but was told they couldn’t sell the display item because they would be getting more. So, I went back the next day only to find out that they sold the display sectional and wasn’t going to be getting any more. I don’t think Lowe’s should allow one individual to purchase their entire inventory of the same item. That’s not fair to the other customers. There were so many people in that store who wanted to buy cabinets, but couldn’t because the worker was removing the pallets from the floor. The individual who bought all of the cabinets gave me his number and told me “you take my number because you’re going to need to call me”. And sure enough, I did. I needed another corner cabinet. When I called him he wanted to sell it to me for $125. When he only paid $25 for it. I get it. Yes, make a profit, but that is beyond gluttony and price gouging! Lowe’s, be fair and put a limit on the number of items individuals can purchase in a single transaction.

  Went to the Lowe’s Outlet to buy a ride on lawn mower. Justin helped us out. He was a wealth of information, professional, and engaging. Justin is a standout and made the decision to purchase easy.

I appreciate and value the wisdom you shared on how to keep the appliances and how to get the best for my money. I am happy to say that good customer service is still well and alive at Lowe’s Outlet in Southington. You were the best. Thank you

  I had a great experience at Lowe’s Outlet. A big thank you to Marta (Supervisor) and Justin (Manager) for their outstanding help. They were professional, patient, and made the whole process smooth and easy. Truly appreciate the excellent customer service—highly recommended!

  I went to Lowe’s outlet today and bought all my appliances from there. The supervisor Marta helped us out with everything. The manager Justin loaded it up for us in the truck with safety and care. Thank you all for everything. Will recommend for sure!
