  Still no joy. Over 6 weeks past the dishwasher first leaking. Had to threaten litigation to even get a call back back. They are still stalling. Assurant, Inc. is the partner that handles protection plans, extended warranties and support services for Lowe's Companies, Inc. they are deep in the middle of this. Lowes Store #0397 Major Dishwasher Install Problem & Lack of Warranty Service Lowe's Companies, Inc. As of this date and time the problem has not been addressed,  To my or my wife's satisfaction. -An extended warranty on an appliance is insurance, if there is a problem it should be repaired or replaced within the warranty period. Timeline: -Bosch Dishwasher leaked after about 4 years, still fully under 5 year warranty. -Appliance Repair Person could not remove dishwasher said it was our problem to remove it. We had originally paid to have Lowe's own installers do the install. -An email back to us from Lowes said our dishwasher was "Improperly installed". -Attempt to return Dishwasher was declined even though improper installation from day one. -So far we had to order a new dishwasher with install cost and a new warranty. -$1200.00 Bill for dishwasher removal after floor demolition and floor repair on ceramic tile. -I will not go into other damage issues here. -Ted Aschenbrenner Manassas Virginia 20109 Keywords Below are appliances products names or contractor terms etc. that could be relevant in doing due diligence on purchasing.   Bought a $3000 refrigerator for over 70% off and works just like new. Just very minor unnoticeable dents but other than that works perfectly! Will definitely be back for other appliances!

  Not what I expected. Didn't find what we were looking for. But if I need a big ticket item like a fridge, washer/dryer will consider a visit here before I make a decision. Felt a lot like the old Sears Appliance Outlet.

  Not wide variety of items to choose from, except for refrigerators,stoves and washers/dryers. Prices are decent relatively to the minor damage or dents .

  Decent place, many newer items with defects for a cheaper price. All items you can cleary see the issue. Or it'll describe if its boxed. Some items are fine and we're just canceled orders. Only issue is delivery, be ready to look for what u want or need. And be ready to pack and ship on your own. Over all not a bad spot at all.
