1st purchase was delivered and didn't work.
Delivery team came ran rough shot over my 85 year old father in law.
Did not due what was promised and would not return to complete delivery as promised.

You will find heavily discounted appliances here. Excellent service from store staff and delivery team. They offer up to 6 items delivered for a low price if you choose that route. Additionally, they stock items as well for lawn/garden, etc. Very satisfied with our new refrigerator.

While the store employees are very helpful and we were pleased with our purchase of a Whirlpool refrigerator, the company that handles their service agreements leaves much to be desired. We had to call for service because our refrigerator wasn't cooling. The freezer was fine. A tech came out on 6/22 and spoke broken English so it was hard to understand one another. He indicated that we needed a part and should have it within 5 days. We're still waiting. We've texted them (their method of communication) several times with no response. We called the number yesterday morning and the woman said she'd contact the tech and get back to us. We're still waiting. Meanwhile, we've had to hold off on food shopping or rely on frozen items, canned goods, and fast food which is costing us money we cannot afford. I wish Lowe's would find another service company because this one is for the birds.

Don't go there! I bought a washing machine all dinged up and found the exact model the same day brand new for the same price at Lowe's.
My father was looking at a stove there. It had a broken piece on it and saw it at a regular Lowe's for the same price new.

This store is for people who don't how to compare prices! Most items I saw was actually a few dollars more then competitors. The only discounted items were the floor display and banged up or damage equipment (stove, fridge, washers etc.) And those prices want even for used equipment.
