  Kevin in the Manchester store is a great salesman. My sister and I came in to look at mattresses. He listened to what each of us wanted and pointed out mattresses that might suit us. He was always close by if we had questions or we were ready to move on to another mattress but didn’t crowd us which is something I very much appreciate in a sales person. We left that day without purchasing mattresses, but took his card. I did come back a week later. He showed me the mattresses that I was most interested in and I made my selection and purchase.

  Michael McGill was a huge help with our purchase today. He was very polite and did not bother or push us like a lot of sales people did in other store which made shopping here much more pleasant. He still paid attention to us at a distance and when we were ready for help, he helped us and made the experience great! Thanks Mike!

  Our first visit to this store in Manchester and met Taj who showed us to the location of the furniture we were looking for (Living Room). Quickly found something we were interested in and Taj was quick to return and help us complete the purchase. We appreciated the independence we had to look around and see what they had to offer and what we would like. So much better to be left on our own once in the right area of the store! Kudos to Taj!

  We had a fantastic experience getting a new sofa with Gaye! She was friendly upon us entering and gave us plenty of room and time to look around and time to make a decision. When we finally did, she made the whole process seamless and quick. Truly, thank you for not making your employees feel they need to breathe down customers necks and persuade them into the first thing they set their eyes on. You have a great staff that makes customers feel comfortable and relaxed enough to take their time without being watched or getting annoyed. The furniture here is also crafted with furniture-grade woods, although some can be made with engineered wood, the craftsmanship and quality is far better than most furniture stores using cheap materials like particle board. I personally liked the information provided the materials used to craft the furniture. For a few extra bucks, you’re getting quality and peace of mind that the structure is sound equaling years of enjoyment. Thank you Gaye for making our first experience one in which we will definitely come back and see you!

  Outlet section was great. Sergio was 10/10 helpful when we desired help. Don’t let the front door people swipe sales…. Ultimately, I gave him chance to offer discount bc we were checking other stores, he couldn’t do it and said we missed friends and family. Found same couch that the other store beyond price matched so RF lost the sale but Sergio was great none the less.
