  Very pleasant and simple experience. I went in to look for a particular piece of furniture and purchase an item that I fell in love with. My Sales Associate was amazing, friendly and not pushy. She truly listened and care about what I was looking for. She pointed me in the right direction and then let me browse and try out what I was in the market for. She checked in with me to see if I had any questions and kept my mind at ease. She was amazing!!

  Darren was most patient with us. We talked about our needs and wants. The size of sofa, style ,color. He showed us quite a number of items that met our criteria including some in the outlet. He had a tremendous knowledge of store stock. He responded well to our questions and changing thoughts. His real Triumph was getting the right pillows for our final sofa choice. The pattern was from a different product display. He looked into it with several people at a higher level and made it happen.

  Raymour & Flanagan, I never write reviews for just average transactions because just doing your job should be fully expected, but this purchase was anything but average. Amnah went above and beyond, right through the complete sale and after, and did everything right. Amnah was very professional. Words that characterize her are polite, attentive, direct and offered additional needed information that actually saved me money and made everything more convenient. I dont see her as just a salesperson. Amnah is a top notch customer service provider! Having been is sales/management my whole life before retirement I can really respect an employee of this caliber. She is truly a diamond in the rough. Raymour, you are lucky to have such a person on your team!

  We have purchased many times from Raymour and Flanigan over the years. A mattress purchase (and one exchange to a more expensive one) from a year ago that went bad had me researching other products and what I learned was that not every mattress is weight appropriate even though the salesmen might not know or tell you if they do. A very costly $3200+ purchase of a Tempurpedic that does NOT fit every weight class is now in storage. After researching for 2 weeks I found the Helix brand mattress that most furniture stores unfortunately do not carry. When I called Raymour and Flanigan I spoke to Omnah and surprisingly enough they had one Helix brand mattress, new to the store which I was very excited about. It was not the one I wanted but I met with Omnah and looked it over. She said it was new to the store because customers were asking for the Helix line. After trying out their Helix Midnight mattress I was impressed with the workmanship, quality and comfort. It is a two part mattress. The base is constructed differently for each style and they come with a removable topper insert that zips inside. Brilliant! I was looking for the Helix Elite Plus, just as it says, for plus size people. I didn't want to order it directly from the company which I could have so I asked Omnah if she could special order it for me. She contacted Helix directly and they said yes! The order was placed and 2 weeks later, I had the mattress delivered and set up by their crew this morning. It's a beautiful mattress. Much much nicer than the Tempurpedic which I will NEVER buy again. R & F will honor the same product guarantees that Helix offers. I'm very happy that I met Omnah. She understood my dilemma and helped me get what worked for me. Consumers must know not every weight class if appropriate for every mattress. Do your research before you buy one. Mattresses are extremely expensive today and most of them will NOT hold up for the years the brand says they will. Check out the Helix line of bedding. Looking forward to not waking up with a backache every morning. Happy customer right here.
