Still no joy. Over 6 weeks past the dishwasher first leaking. Had to threaten litigation to even get a call back back. They are still stalling.
Assurant, Inc. is the partner that handles protection plans, extended warranties and support services for Lowe's Companies, Inc. they
are deep in the middle of this.
Lowes Store #0397 Major Dishwasher Install Problem & Lack of Warranty Service Lowe's Companies, Inc.
As of this date and time the problem has not been addressed, To my or my wife's satisfaction.
-An extended warranty on an appliance is insurance, if there is a problem it should be repaired or replaced within the warranty period.
Timeline:
-Bosch Dishwasher leaked after about 4 years, still fully under 5 year warranty.
-Appliance Repair Person could not remove dishwasher said it was our problem to remove it. We had originally paid to have Lowe's own installers do the install.
-An email back to us from Lowes said our dishwasher was "Improperly installed".
-Attempt to return Dishwasher was declined even though improper installation from day one.
-So far we had to order a new dishwasher with install cost and a new warranty.
-$1200.00 Bill for dishwasher removal after floor demolition and floor repair on ceramic tile.
-I will not go into other damage issues here.

Ordered on line and delivered but the soil material was wrong and the other two items were not delivered. Called and after dealing with an AI operator, I gave up and went to the store. I was informed they would deliver the correct materials and pick up the materials that were wrongly delivered. The correct materials were delivered but the driver informed my they deliver only and do not pick up. I have been on the phone listening to it ring for 10 minutes without anyone answering. I will go out of my way to not be going to this store anymore. They need to hire someone who answers the phone and not have it be a computer. Ridiculous.

I have been going back in forth since April 4 between Manchester Connecticut local store and the distribution center about a refund that I have yet to receive. I have been told by supervisors out of the Manchester store three different stories of my refund the dryer they had delivered was not working I was told they where not able to give me a new dryer I have to get a full refund and buy another dryer. This is unprofessional. I feel they need to be investigated by cooperation.
