The associate Leslie Ann, in shades was wonderful and I spent a lot buying new shades for many windows. However, when I called to give her measurements for an additional shade, the "automated assistant was AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL. Tried to call 4 times and could not get department I wanted Associate was great, answering service STINKS You need a REALPERSON to direct the calls Only gave it 3 stars because of associate .

I've spent thousands here since I bought my house, but I'm done now. I ordered something and had a free same-day delivery on my account, so I figured - what the heck, that's convenient!
So much for convenience. The delivery driver delivered the wrong item and delivered my item somewhere else. I've now spent over 10 hours across 8 days trying to get this issue fixed, 17 different phone calls (and counting). Eric H, the assistant manager, was originally fairly helpful but then directed me to the shipping company and essentially ghosted me. The shipping company says they need a response from the store... the store isn't responding. Every time I call the store, it takes at least ten minutes of ringing before someone picks up the phone (and then sounds insanely irritated to be answering the phone in the first place.) Eric, to his credit, was at least nice while he was talking to me... one of the other assistant managers was not.
At this point, whether I receive the item or a refund, it will be my last transaction with the Manchester Lowe's.

I had a great experience at Lowe’s thanks to Maddie! She was super nice, patient, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to help us find and gather everything we needed and never made us feel rushed. Her friendly attitude and willingness to help made the whole shopping experience much easier. Maddie provided excellent customer service, and we really appreciate all of her help. Lowe’s is lucky to have an employee like her!

We purchased a new kitchen faucet from Lowe’s and signed up for installation services. After two weeks waiting, the plumber from Equipment Unlimited (Lowe’s local plumbing subcontractor) showed up at 3:30 PM and started complaining about how tired he was. He looked under the sink and told us that there would be an additional charge of $25 to remove and reinstall the garbage disposal so he could get to the faucet. I asked why this charge was not stated in the service description that Lowes provided.The plumber then said he would waive the charge. He then said he needed to make a quick phone call. When he returned, he said he could not complete the installation because he was not authorized to remove the garbage disposal.He said that we needed to reschedule the installation. Then he left.
I called Lowe’s to reschedule the installation and to ask about the additional charge for the disposal removal / reinstallation. I was told the that there should not be an additional fee because it was part of the normal service.
I waited half a day and called Lowe’s again to see when the installation could be completed. I was told the Equipment Unlimited was not returning calls from Lowe’s. I was asked to wait another day and call Lowe’s back.
Lesson learned: Lowe’s does not have control over their service subcontractors. I’ll have the installation done by a local plumber!
