  Tony repaired our Whirlpool refrigerator water inlet valve and gaskets. He was on time, contacted us when he was going to arrive and asked if we had any other issues. Very polite - a good technician

  The workers, Joe and Sage, were able also to explain to me clearly what the problem was; on the washer machine . I would totally recommend service with Boston Repair.

  We had to have the evaporator coils replaced on our 3 year old Thermador refrigerator. Joe and Sage came out and replaced the system. They were fast, professional and really knew what they were talking about. Additionally, they were both so pleasant. This is the first time using Boston Joe’s and we would call them without hesitation for any future appliance repairs.
