  Absolute nightmare experience. Technicians came out for an LG warranty microwave repair and ended up causing massive damage to our home. Despite being told NOT to place the microwave on our granite countertop, they dragged it across the surface and left a 9-inch scratch. Management completely deflected blame, claiming a "drop cloth" was used, and the service manager could not have cared less about our ruined property. Because they refuse to take responsibility or utilize their business insurance, we are now taking legal action. A simple microwave repair is now costing us a fortune in property damage. Zero accountability. Avoid this company. *****UPDATE***** I am unable to reply directly to your response, so I am updating my review here. You absolutely did work on our countertop, and simply placing a drop cloth down does not absolve you of responsibility for the damage caused. Our experience with your customer service has been incredibly disappointing: • Ignored communication: We called your office within 90 minutes of the technician leaving. Our call was never returned. • Deflective attitude: We were forced to follow up via Facebook Messenger, where we received a short, snippy reply. • No investigation: You never sent anyone out to assess the damage. Instead, you flatly accused my husband of lying and claimed there was "no way" your company was at fault. For the record, the service visit occurred on 10/5, and the primary technician was accompanied by a "new" technician in training. We expected professionalism and accountability, but received only denials and deflection.

  Joey came out and fixed my washer same day. He was very knowledgeable and cleaned up after himself. The office girl was so helpful in getting this set up for the same day. Would definitely recommend them!

  Joe and Sage repaired our LG glass top stove. Joe was very knowledgeable and was able to troubleshoot and explain the exact issue we were having. They were very friendly and efficient and I would recommend them to anyone needing appliance repairs.

  Superb customer service. Tony arrived in service window, listened to my description of unit issue. He immediately identified potential problem - clogged drain channel before the drain filter. Tony showed me problem area and I will now include this in my unit maintenance. Thank you Tony.

  Tony repaired our Whirlpool refrigerator water inlet valve and gaskets. He was on time, contacted us when he was going to arrive and asked if we had any other issues. Very polite - a good technician
