Great architecture, well designed building, but dismally disappointing furniture, designed by grads from Designer Clown College, no doubt. Appallingly hideous furniture, how do they sell anything?????? RH furniture designers have no sense of interior "object" design, culture, history, workmanship, and construction, and the accessories are bland and naive, "matchy-matchy." I guess they survive because they sell to the Greenwich market, which has never seen great modernism up close. There are dozens of European makers who are light years ahead of this shopping mall and even, strip mall, brand. The furniture in RH is not much of an improvement over Arhuas and Raymore and Flannigan, its just mediocre, and in the worst taste. "Beige" everywhere, poorly detailed, unbelievably bad use of materials and finishes, massively overscaled, and God-awful. Maybe the RH buildings can be recycled into something actually used, and useful. Greenwich needs a dinner theater, not more beige mediocrity. Turn the BUILDING around into something, instead of the "nothing" it now is, and the waste of space that could be a center of culture and entertainment.

Beautiful location but, as others have noted, the people working here are beyond pretentious. They pretend to work on their laptops as if their job isn’t rooted in making sales and relationships. Very bizarre.

I spent $50k at this store, come back a few months later to get matching stores, I counted 8 associates at the store with a laptop in hand, none greeted us, offered to help, and we had to ask 3 various associates for help. Is this a freaking joke? I can’t believe that they ask us to order from the store, so they can keep their jobs and make commission.
