The fine people at the Glastonbury extra space storage saved us when we were selling our home and had to empty it for the closing. As we kept finding more and more stuff, we were able to rent a unit online and get immediate access, then even later that night rent a second unit to take the last items we had to clear out. Without them we could not have closed on time. They are lifesavers and very helpful and pleasant!

The space is very nice and I'm not disappointed in it. However, when I initially got my unit I could not get the lock in. There was something clearly misaligned in the lock socket. I had to switch units because of it, and it's a really, really good thing I didn't hadnt already filed it or i would have had to move all my things instead of just some of them! And I wasn't even offered any kind of a discount for the trouble. The guy acted like he was doing me a favor by waiving the transfer fee. 🤔 And I was also a little bit frustrated that I had to buy a new lock when I had a perfectly good one anyway.
