  Paris and Carlos were absolutely incredible! We came in within an hour of closing and they were so patient and knowledgeable. We had been to many mattress stores and wished we came here first. They made the process much more enjoyable and we didnt feel rushed at all. A+ team all around.

  We were originally undecided between Tempur-Pedic and Beauty Rest but it became a no brainer after our visit here. We had a great mattress shopping experience with Jen and Karin. They were wonderful to work with, were attentive, and offered recommendations that fit with our preferences. They provided very useful suggestions and made our experience extra special! Highly recommend visiting!

  Went in with a friend shopping for a pillow and the worker there (Karin) was incredibly rude saying she figured my friend couldn't afford the $79.99 pillow and when I asked a question regarding the more expensive pillow she completely shut me down with a snarky remark. The store itself was nice but in regards to customer service that employee was very disrespectful.

  I recently purchased a Split King with two Ergo ProSmart bases from the Tempur-Pedic Westfarms Mall location, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience! From the very first visit, Karin went above and beyond in every way possible. She took the time to truly understand my specific medical conditions and needs, and patiently guided me through every option to make sure I found the perfect sleep system for my body. What truly amazed me was that even on her days off, she responded to all of my questions promptly and with such warmth and professionalism. That level of dedication is incredibly rare and I am so grateful for it. Carlos was equally wonderful knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely caring about making sure I was completely comfortable with my decision. This was a major purchase and a very important one for my health and wellbeing. Karin and her team made the entire process feel effortless, personal, and truly special. I never felt rushed or pressured, only supported every step of the way. If you are considering a Tempur-Pedic purchase, do not hesitate to visit this location and ask for Karin. She is not just an exceptional salesperson. She is a genuinely caring person who goes the extra mile for her customers.   The salesman Carlos was great! Listened to my concerns & needs. Showed me a couple of options & what to expect from the new mattress. He was quick, effecient & had my problem solved in a short time. Not a "High Pressure Salesman" at all. I highly recommend going to see him for your next mattress purchase. The 2 gentlemen Calvin & Jordan were also great! Were punctual, polite, efficient & orderly in taking my old bed apart & setting up my new one. I highly recommend this company in all aspects.
