  A truly first class experience. My sales associate, Paris, was informative, supportive and clear, helping guide me through the selection process, and then making the purchase experience smooth and fast. He even sent me a hand written thank you note - wow! I highly recommend.

  From the moment I walked in the people were so kind and nice. Carlos was amazing, I was upfront this was not my fav thing to shop for. He made experience so pleasant, feeling more like a friend than a business transaction. Clearly explained each option, no pressure what so ever. Asked me questions that helped design the perfect bed and base. Just a pleasure to spend time with the people in the west farms location!! Thank you all for making my experience so so so awesome!!

  The store is very clean they give you opportunities to fill out the pillows. The difference of the pillows is very engaging and each pillow is suited for a different person. Me and my friends both came in looking for pillows and they asked us how we slept and we answer questions and they gave us a pillow, depending on the answer a great store and great people working here.

  Such a great store, such nice people, they let you feel the pillows and all the beds. They let you decide what bed feels like your bed at home. It’s a very nice clean and or store. My cousin and I came in and looked through pillows and they were like how do you sleep and we told them and they give us a pillow based on how we sleep it is so comfortable and it is such a great story with a good community.

  We had such a great experience with Carlos. We literally stayed on the mattress for quite a while trying everything out — especially the zero gravity position and the Bluetooth music feature, which made it feel incredibly relaxing and almost spa-like. Carlos was very patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. He gave us space to fully experience the mattress without pressure, but was always there when we had questions. The mattress itself is super comfortable and the adjustable features really elevate the whole experience. You can tell this is high quality. Overall, a very enjoyable and smooth buying experience.
