I have two units at this particular storage facility. All of the staff have been very attentive to my needs including reminding me by phone to make sure I knew about my payment that was due which I find personally very helpful. Kevin has been especially helpful while I transfer my belongings from one unit to a different sized one. I highly recommend this business
