- SMSheri Mone5 days ago1.0Absolute scumbags. They purchased the location of my unit from another company and are now that I've moved out, they are refusing to return my security deposit. They claim they don't have it, but that is not how these businesses work. When they took over my account, they took over accounts receivable and payable. They're just giving me the run around so they don't have to return my money. There are hundreds of units at this location, so they've done this with all the people who had deposits. They also raise your rate on a regular basis, which is why I moved. The cost of the unit more than doubled before I moved out. When I moved out I discovered mouse nests in a bunch of my stuff. Some things were destroyed. Terrible experience.
