When u come in they agree to all sorts of things ans when u think you are done paying off they say you owe more then you initially agreed to pay. I regret coming here and will never shop here again. The sales associate who helped Carmine i believe was very nice and helpful but the manager definately lied to me. He agreed to drop the price when she discussed it with him to price match Bob's and I agreed to paying $700. When I thought I waa done paying I came into the store and they said I owed more he said if I paid $150 more they would pay the additional $140. This was never the agreement I agreed and they agreed to the price being $700 and w tax thats about $750 I ended up some how paying $850. That was not the a greenment and I wouldve walked out and went to Bobs for that price. Be aware not to take their word when they tell you they've made an adjustment to the price. I ended up paying what they wanted for it originally which I would not have paid for had they said that up front. They got me to purchase under the agreement it would be $700 if payed before the fourth month which I did. Obviously they lied to me and when I went in the manager acted as if he had not agrees to that and he wasnt authorized to ok the price drop when the day I came in the sales associate asked him in front of me if it was ok and he agreed to $700. Just go else where when shopping for furniture. It is not worth it. Aside from this the night stand had to be replaced because it came in banged up and the dresser is scratched up. I believe this was not a new set I got.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
