Still no joy. Over 6 weeks past the dishwasher first leaking. Had to threaten litigation to even get a call back back. They are still stalling.
Assurant, Inc. is the partner that handles protection plans, extended warranties and support services for Lowe's Companies, Inc. they
are deep in the middle of this.
Lowes Store #0397 Major Dishwasher Install Problem & Lack of Warranty Service Lowe's Companies, Inc.
As of this date and time the problem has not been addressed, To my or my wife's satisfaction.
-An extended warranty on an appliance is insurance, if there is a problem it should be repaired or replaced within the warranty period.
Timeline:
-Bosch Dishwasher leaked after about 4 years, still fully under 5 year warranty.
-Appliance Repair Person could not remove dishwasher said it was our problem to remove it. We had originally paid to have Lowe's own installers do the install.
-An email back to us from Lowes said our dishwasher was "Improperly installed".
-Attempt to return Dishwasher was declined even though improper installation from day one.
-So far we had to order a new dishwasher with install cost and a new warranty.
-$1200.00 Bill for dishwasher removal after floor demolition and floor repair on ceramic tile.
-I will not go into other damage issues here.

First time making an online order for delivery. What a disaster. Supposed to get same day delivery but still nothing 3 days later. Customer service was completely unhelpful. They told me to call the delivery service they use who said they couldn't find a driver. Lowe"s did not accept responsibility and I finally just asked for a refund. Never had any issues with Home Depot like this or Amazon or Wayfair etc. Save yourself the aggravation and order elsewhere

While shopping for approximately $2,000 worth of flooring, I was interrupted instead of assisted by two gentleman who appeared to be in a hurry to “clean up” the area. Instead of assisting the consumer with a purchase they said they had to temporarily close the aisle. I explained that I would go to Home Depot. They were entirely unconcerned
