The people that work here are very professional and nice! The couch was the worst decision we’ve made in years…. - Multiple pieces came broken which then took weeks to get replacement pieces. - Absurd amount of time to build the couch ($10k and you have to build the thing 🥴) - the recliner is extremely faulty (Hilarious AI reply btw)

Best couch I have ever sat/laid on! Lovesac has the most comfortable couches hands down! I am so happy I walked in to see what the fuss was about and now I have a happy wife with a new amazing couch set for our home! Thank you George for your patience with us trying out every couch in store lol If you’re searching for a couch store nearby Danbury Lovesac is the best couch store!! Again shoutout to George for being so informative and knowledgeable. Super excited for our custom couch!

We ordered a sofa on Black Friday. The sofas are like puzzle pieces so we sought help at the store to make sure we got what we wanted. We needed to finance the sofa and we had a $350/ month set at our max budget. The sales person informed us the sofa would be delivered in 1-2 weeks and covers would be here in 6-8. 6 weeks after having the sofa only 1 cover was delivered. We checked our order to find the sales person did not order all the covers. When we reached out to customer support they informed they gladly send the rest when pay an additional $691. When I told them we did budget for that they ghosted us. Now we have a beautiful new couch with no covers. Terrible sales process. Terrible customer service. $8000 for half a sofa. I would not recommend this company.

Anthony and his staff at the Love Sac Danbury Location are Amazing. It was the Best Customer Service I’ve ever Experienced. From Start to Finish. I couldn’t believe how helpful and accommodating they all were. I sent them pictures of my Living room and they put together a Sactional for me. They sent the pictures to me by Text. The Sactional I was originally ordering would have been way to big. Most Sales People would Sell it to you anyway and not care. Not Anthony and his team. They told me it would be too big and helped me get the Perfect Sactional. I would definitely recommended Love Sac because of Anthony and his Team and of course my Sactional.
