I recently rented a unit at Extra Space Storage, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The facility is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and secure. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and took the time to answer all of my questions.
A special thank you to Star and Andrew for their outstanding customer service. They were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I found the right storage solution. I’d also like to recognize another staff member, a Hispanic gentleman whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch. He was incredibly friendly and helpful, and his excellent attitude did not go unnoticed.
