  A step-up from Bobs furniture, Raymour & Flanigan has a nice selection of furniture. Sales people can be good - and not so good depending on who your dealing with. Good prices, a wide range for every budget. Their internal Internet/POS system seems to always go down during busy periods (on two separate occasions for me) which makes ordering and getting technical questions answered difficult. The store manager is excellent, very helpful. Free bottled water to rehydrate after you try and negotiate price 🙄

  Excellent experience recently shopping at Raymour and Flanigan at the Danbury location and working with Sameer. We were on a short timeframe and we were able to look at all items interested in. Sameer was knowledgeable, patient, & even went above and beyond and brought up an Ottoman so we can see it with the sofa that we ultimately purchased. Great in person experience, and we also received the delivery date requested, and Sameer personally reached out following our orders.

  Rally was great. Very knowledgeable and not pushy. He allowed us to walk around and approach him with questions. It made the experience more enjoyable than when you have a salesperson following you around and not giving you time to take it all in.

  I placed my order over the phone, the customer service was exceptional. Our salesman Ayman was kind, honest, and trustworthy from start to finish. He took the time to answer all of my questions, never made me feel pressured, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone so genuine and helpful. I truly appreciate his outstanding service and would highly recommend working with him!

  I’m so glad that the first person I saw at RF was Sonia, a lovely, friendly, very knowledgeable saleswoman. I had such an easy, fulfilling shopping experience because of Sonia’s easy-going, so friendly personality, combined with her product knowledge. Sonia kept notes on what I liked and this, combined with her excellent knowledge of where to find everything, made for an unusually easy, rewarding shopping experience.
