  I had such a wonderful experience working with Sonia Arora to purchase my couch! She was incredibly patient, really listened to my preferences, and had such a great eye for what would work in my space. I never felt pressured or rushed, which made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. She was knowledgeable, thoughtful, and genuinely wanted to help me find the right piece. I highly recommend working with her!

  We entered Raymour and Flanigan looking for a better mattress. Martin warmly greeted us at the door and led us to the mattress area. We shared with him what we were looking for. Throughout the testing process of different mattresses, Martin asked clarifying questions to help us find the best mattress possible for our needs. It was a simple and easy process. Martin was friendly, personable, and professional the entire time, allowing us to take our time to make the best decision,. We have always been happy with furniture purchase experiences from Raymour and Flanigan in the past, and this visit was no exception. This is why we keep returning to this store...not only for the furniture we need, but also for the professionalism of their staff.

  The salesperson I worked with at Raymour and Flanigan in Brookfield was great, but manager Cristina turned the entire situation into a really disappointing experience. After spending over 10,000 dollars, my order was delivered incorrectly, and when I came in to resolve it, management's handling felt dismissive and disrespectful. That level of service is unacceptable. Customers deserve better, and I hope this store seriously reconsiders how its management handles paying customers. She needs training. Her behavior was profiling and completely unacceptable

  Ralph was great, very knowledgeable about the products. Very good with putting just enough personal touch into his routine. Really listened to my needs. Lady who started the purchase part on computer was also all of the above. I never felt pressured, but confident that my choice was right one.

  I had a great experience working with Martin Montoya. He went above and beyond to make sure my furniture needs were met. He also made sure to arrange additional services with customer service to make sure I receive the COI, and get me the scheduled delivery date that I requested along with accommodation of getting me the best deal possible. I am very grateful for this experience and would highly recommend Martin!
