  Martin the salesman was excellent. Very thorough and courteous. Demonstrated how each sofa sleeper opens and unique features. Explained price guarantee fully. I highly recommend Raymour and Flanigan because of this experience.

  Allington was amazing, we visited the store on 3 different occasions, making sure to choose the right sectional for our family. He was patient and professional, we never felt pressured once. .We just close the deal for the Memorial Day sale. And the manager Garrett was super helpful as well. Thank you Garrett for helping close the deal and thank you Allington for being you. I wish you a lot of success in the future and we will be back.

  I had a wonderful experience. My salesman, Ellington was more than helpful. He showed me number of mattresses that met my budget. When I found one Zi really liked he did everything he could to get the price down. Unfortunately that wasn’t to be but we did find one in my budget that I do like and am a very happy customer. I was treated with respect and kindness. I was never pressured to buy anything and was able to find what o liked that fit my budget Checkout was easy and so was finding a delivery date. I am a very satisfied customer.

  My father's lift chair broke suddenly. I needed a new one, so started my order online. Online, delivery was available in 5 days, but there was a feature to use the chat to see if the chair could come earlier. This was 10pm at night and I thought I was reaching a call center, but I reeached Martin from a Ct store, who worked with me to get my order finished, with the chair being delivered quickly. He even gave me his personal number in case I ran into problems. 5 star service- very impressed!!

  I am very happy with the way they operate at the store. I truly love Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattress Store. I came all the way from Stamford just to see Gabriela again because of the wonderful experience I had before. She was very professional, kind, and explained everything clearly for both me and my daughter. What impressed me the most was that she was able to translate in Portuguese for my daughter, who does not understand Spanish or English very well. That level of care meant so much to us. She is incredibly smart, patient, and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I visited the store a couple of months ago and decided to wait for the big sale, and when I came back to take advantage of it, everything went smoothly once again. Thank you for the excellent service. If you need assistance in Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, or French, I highly recommend asking for Gabriela. She is truly amazing
