  Excellent customer service no pressure at ALL, Tori and the general manager went over and beyond to answer question and listen to any of my concerns I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase furniture.

  My consultant Sean Idlet was personable knowledgeable and listened and answered all my questions and concerns. I found one I liked but the price was a little too high so Sean showed me similar styles to be within my price range. But I and ended up wirh my original choice He then explained the quality of the mattress and said I would probably be the last mattresse I would need to buy. Sean explained the warranty and return process throughly and made sure I understood it.I am very satisfied with my experience and will tell my friends of it. I have no photos at this time because I haven't received it yet. Will be here Tuesday

  We shopped at the Raymour Outlet in Brookfield this week where we were welcomed with such grace by your salesman Alex. He was wonderful. He was knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect recliners. He texted us on his day off to ensure our delivery times were OK. He went above and beyond. I am offered a discount at Raymour because of my employer Big Y Foods although the discount could not apply at the Outlet because its already discounted, we still felt that we received our furniture at a fair price. We also stopped in the regular Raymour store which is next door to the Outlet and we're referred to a woman I forget her name sorry, she is Spanish she was great! Very personalble, I'd ve friends with her. You were also hosting a blood drive which we thought was a cool thing to do! Thank you so much we cant wait for our furniture to be delivered tomorrow!
