Ryan and Beth came out today for my annual alarm service. From the moment they entered my home they were extremely pleasant. They provided me with a checklist of things they were going to do to take care of servicing my alarm so I knew exactly what was being done, and even asked me if there was anything more I needed, and if I had any questions. They were extremely patient as I asked all of my questions, and gave thorough and informative explanations. It was a very pleasant experience and I'll definitely be requesting them for next year's maintenance visit.

I had my 20 year old alarm system upgraded today, and the technician was outstanding from start to finish. From the moment Mike Pagano arrived, his extreme professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail were obvious. He arrived on time, was friendly, extremely knowledgeable as he explained every step clearly, incredibly patient while answering my questions, and ensured everything was working perfectly. What impressed me most was how incredibly thorough he was — from installing the new system components to checking every sensor, testing communication, he went above and beyond the norm as he provided training on the new app and system, making sure I understood how everything worked before he left. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical skill with genuine customer care service, as well as his kindness made the whole process easy and stress‑free. I am completely satisfied with the upgraded alarm system thanks to Mike's exceptional service. I highly recommend Mike Pagano and United Alarm/Pie Barker. Dawn

I am a project manager who worked with Pye Barker to have a fire alarm system installed in a commercial building. Pye Barker was easy to work with & worked hard to get the job done despite some roadblocks out of anyone's control. Terry was professional, patient and was a pleasure to work with. The technicians Scott & Bill did a great job.
