Raising a customer's monthly rent by a minimum of $90 multiple times a year is completely unjustifiable for a storage unit. It is a predatory business practice designed to take advantage of the fact that moving your belongings out is difficult and inconvenient. If you want to avoid a massive financial rip-off, look elsewhere.

I am leaving this review to advise others to look closely at the pricing structure here before renting. While the initial sign-up process is smooth, the subsequent rate increases are highly aggressive.
Be prepared for your monthly rate to increase every 3 to 4 months. In my experience, these increases have been a minimum of $100 each time, which feels predatory for existing customers. Furthermore, when you attempt to address these sudden spikes with management, it becomes clear that there is very little care or support for customer retention.
I strongly recommend exploring other storage options in the area that offer more stable pricing and better customer service.

They increased my rate by $120, charged me a $30 late fee, and locked me out of my storage unit all within the same month. Mind you, I’ve had this storage unit for less than 4 months and was always on time. Increasing it to basically a car note payment of $300 a month is crazy!!! Stayyy as far away from this place as you can. Westy Storage is close by, far cleaner, and they will actually treat you like a human being and a valued customer. I spoke with the regional manager for this place and she was just as useless as the in-office manager.

Terrible experience. This place is a complete ripoff and extremely money hungry. Be prepared to get slapped with a huge price increase after only a few months.
My storage unit started at $187, and within just 3 months they increased it to $297. Meanwhile, the same unit was listed online for around $123, which is completely ridiculous. How are you increasing an existing customer by over $100 while advertising the same unit online for a fraction of the price?
On top of the pricing issue, the facility itself is disgusting. The floors are dirty, the carts are filthy, and the wireless key access never worked for me. For the amount they charge, the place should at least be clean and the access system should actually work.
I would not recommend this place unless you’re okay with massive price increases, poor upkeep, and being overcharged compared to what they advertise online.
